Pre Production Activities

• Process development department analysts issue a file to quality and production.
• Change in design/construction suggested to the buyer for improved quality/productivity

Fabrics

• Use 4 Point system for fabric inspection by professionally trained manpower.
• In house lab for testing various fabric parameters like shrinkage, wet and dry rubbing, colour fastness to washing, Shade Matching, pH level, count, Fabric Weight (G.S.M), const., and lab dips etc.
• Also testing are done from outside agencies like MTL, SGS, ITS, Textile Committee etc.

Quality Audit

• An independent audit team audit pcs before Production, in process (semi-finished goods), in-process (Finished goods) audits are done@ AQL 1.5 for children articles and AQL 2.5 for adult articles.
• Pieces are moved to final only after their certification.

Quality Circle

• Raw material Store, Warp Kniting, Circular Knitting, Dyeing, Printing, Finishing, Bonding, Cutting,Sewing, Checking, Packing
